Digestion system is the most important pillar of health and craving for food is always a good sign for recovery.
I am sharing here the traditional meal plan to help those fighting agnist cancer or other chronical disease.
Meal Plan
Eat 3 meals a day – breakfast, lunch & dinner
Should only eat until one is 70% full.
Breakfast – drink 3 glasses of water by 9am (boiled then cooled down to
room temperature)
Breakfast should be between 7 – 9 am
Lunch - this should be the largest meal of the day : soup broth and
veggies
Flank meat cut into small pieces (ground if possible)placed in a slow
cooker on low for 12hrs
Or we can do fish broth (any fresh water fish) placed in a slow cooker on
low for 8hrs drink the broth only – this helps the digestive system
Drink the soup first then eat veggies -yams, carrots, cauliflower, corn,
most green veggies, potatoes (mashed or boiled only), anything that won’t
give any gas
Mid Afternoon – Drink fruit juice between 1-3pm, ½ litre
Dinner – needs to be a smaller portion
Drink meat or fish broth soup first
Appetite Enhancing Tea – 3 cups water, ½ cup green radish cut (puree if possible), ¼ cup Hawthorne Berries, 1 piece licorice root, simmer for 20 min
Drink only the broth and drink as much as you want as many times as you want.
